Ineffable Intelligence – $1.1B Seed

AI

Ineffable Intelligence, an AI research lab that develops reinforcement learning systems, has raised $1.1B in Seed funding co-led by Sequoia Capital and Lightspeed Venture Partners, with participation from NVIDIA, DST Global, Index Ventures, Google, Flying Fish Ventures, EQT Ventures, Evantic Capital, Wellcome Trust, BOND Capital, the British Business Bank, and the UK Sovereign AI Fund. Ineffable Intelligence was founded by David Silver in 2025.

All3 – $25M Seed

PROPTECHAI

All3, a construction technology company that combines AI design with robotic fabrication and on-site assembly, has raised $25M in Seed funding led by RTP Global, with participation from SuperSeed, Begin Capital, s16vc, and VNV Global. Founded by Rodion Shishkov and Slava Bocharov in 2023, All3 has now raised a total of $55M in reported equity funding.

Hypervision Surgical – £17M Series A

HEALTHTECHAI

Hypervision Surgical, a medical technology company that develops real-time hyperspectral imaging systems for surgery, has raised £17M in Series A funding led by Heal Capital, with participation from Angelini Ventures, IP Group, Daycrest, HERAN Partners, Redalpine, LifeX Ventures, ZEISS Ventures, SAGES Ingenuity, and Macmillan Cancer Support. Founded by Michael Ebner, Tom Vercauteren, Jonathan Shapey, and Sebastien Ourselin in 2021, Hypervision Surgical has now raised a total of £23.5M in reported equity funding.

Forest – £17M Series B

ENTERPRISE

Forest, a micromobility company that operates a shared e-bike service powered by renewable energy, has raised £17M in Series B funding from OKAI, B8 Venture Partners, Fen Ventures, and Guil Mobility Ventures. Founded by Agustin Guilisasti, Caroline Seton, and Michael Stewart in 2020, Forest has now raised a total of £27M in reported equity funding.

Neutonic – $6M Venture

ENTERPRISE

Neutonic, a functional drinks brand that produces nootropic beverages and supplements, has raised $6M in Venture funding from Alan Barratt, Ollie Marchon, Ross Edgley, Dan Martell, Codie Sanchez, Nomit Shah, and Zach Ranen. Founded by Chris Williamson, James Smith, Luke Betts, and Shan Hanif in 2023, Neutonic has now raised a total of $9.7M in reported equity funding.

Third Space Learning – £4.4M Venture

EDTECHAI

Third Space Learning, an edtech company that delivers AI-powered one-to-one maths tutoring for schools, has raised £4.4M in Venture funding led by Maven Capital Partners, with participation from Blackfinch Ventures, Foresight Group, and Nesta. Founded by Tom Hooper in 2013, Third Space Learning has now raised a total of £17M in reported equity funding.

Spaceflux – £3.5M Seed

AIENTERPRISE

Spaceflux, a space intelligence company that operates an optical telescope network for satellite tracking, has raised £3.5M in Seed funding led by Blackfinch Ventures, with participation from Foresight Group, the UK Innovation and Science Seed Fund, Future Planet Capital, and SPARX Asset Management. Founded by Marco Rocchetto, Ingo Waldmann, and Marcel Debczynski in 2022, Spaceflux has now raised a total of £9M in reported equity funding.

Goodfolio – £500K Pre-Seed

AIENTERPRISE

Goodfolio, an applied AI company that builds enterprise AI deployment systems, has raised £500K in Pre-Seed funding through a Republic Europe crowdfunding round backed by more than 100 individual investors. Goodfolio was founded by Omid Pakseresht in 2021.
