Wagestream – £17.5M
Wagestream, a flexible solution for workers to manage their wages and payday gaps, has raised £17.5M in Venture funding led by British Patient Capital. Founded by Peter Briffett, Portman Wills in 2018, Wagestream has now raised a total of $132M in reported equity funding.
Pactio – $14M
Pactio, an automation platform for the private equity market to manage deal workflows, has raised $14M in Series A funding led by EQT Ventures. Founded by Eric Heimark and Lorenzo Foglianti Spadini in 2021, Pactio has now raised a total of $18.4M in reported equity funding.
Lawhive – £9.5M
Lawhive, an AI-based legal platform for small law firms, has raised £9.5M in Seed funding led by Google Ventures. Founded by Flinn Dolman, Jaime van Oers, and Pierre Proner in 2019, Lawhive has now raised a total of $14.1M in reported equity funding.

TransferGo – $10M
TransferGo, a platform for international money transfers, has raised $10M in additional funding led by Taiwania Capital Management Corporation. Founded by Arnas Lukosevicius, Daumantas Dvilinskas, Edvinas Sersniovas, and Justinas Lasevicius in 2012, TransferGo has now raised a total of $131.5M in reported equity funding.
Waymap – £7M
Waymap, an indoor and outdoor navigation platform, has raised £7M in venture funding led by TELUS Pollinator Fund for Good. Waymap was founded by Tom Pey in 2017.
Veremark – $3M
Veremark, a pre-employment backgrounds screening platform, has raised $3M in Series B funding led by Stage 2 Capital and Samaipata. Founded by Angus Bankes, Daniel Braithwaite, Daniel Callaghan, and Nick Johnston in 2020, Veremark has now raised a total of $16M in reported equity funding.
OpenTrade – $3.2M
OpenTrade, a institutional platform for lending and yield products for web3, has raised $3.2M in Seed funding from investors that include a16z crypto, Draper Dragon, Ryze Labs, CMCC Global, and Plassa Capital. Founded by Jeff Handler and Dave Sutter in 2023, OpenTrade has now raised a total of $4.7M in reported equity funding.

FilmChain, a payment automation platform for the TV and film industry, has raised €2.8M in Venture funding led by The Holt Xchange. FilmChain was founded by Irina Albita and Maria Tanjala in 2018.
Huzzle – £1.4M
Huzzle, a recruitment platform for college students, has raised £1.4M in Pre-Seed funding led by 10x Founders. Founded by Amit Choudhary, Ingmar Klein, and Parham Rakhshanfar in 2021, Huzzle has now raised a total of $3.9M in reported equity funding.
HealthKey – £1.13M
HealthKey, an infrastructure platform that connects employers and insurers with digital healthcare providers, has raised £1.13M in Seed funding led by Aviva Ventures. HealthKey was founded by David Tejs Jorring and Tudor Cotop in 2023.
Tangent – $1.1M
Tangent, an job referral platform focused on fostering inclusivity, has raised $1.1M in Pre-Seed funding from investors that include SyndicateRoom, Zinc, Catherine Lenson, Andrew Robb, and Leonard Picardo. Tangent was founded by Gary Izunwa and Joe Adams in 2022.
Lemon – £500K
Lemon, a platform for SMBs to optimize their SaaS subscription spend, has raised £500K in Venture funding led by SFC Capital and Pitchdrive. Lemon was founded by Matt Bird in 2023.
