Lawhive – £9.5M

Lawhive, an AI-based legal platform for small law firms, has raised £9.5M in Seed funding led by Google Ventures. Founded by Flinn Dolman, Jaime van Oers, and Pierre Proner in 2019, Lawhive has now raised a total of $14.1M in reported equity funding.


Veremark – $3M

Veremark, a pre-employment backgrounds screening platform, has raised $3M in Series B funding led by Stage 2 Capital and Samaipata. Founded by Angus Bankes, Daniel Braithwaite, Daniel Callaghan, and Nick Johnston in 2020, Veremark has now raised a total of $16M in reported equity funding.


Pactio – $14M

Pactio, an automation platform for the private equity market to manage deal workflows, has raised $14M in Series A funding led by EQT Ventures. Founded by Eric Heimark and Lorenzo Foglianti Spadini in 2021, Pactio has now raised a total of $18.4M in reported equity funding.

TransferGo, a platform for international money transfers, has raised $10M in additional funding led by Taiwania Capital Management Corporation. Founded by Arnas Lukosevicius, Daumantas Dvilinskas, Edvinas Sersniovas, and Justinas Lasevicius in 2012, TransferGo has now raised a total of $131.5M in reported equity funding.


Waymap – £7M

Waymap, an indoor and outdoor navigation platform, has raised £7M in venture funding led by TELUS Pollinator Fund for Good. Waymap was founded by Tom Pey in 2017.


OpenTrade – $3.2M

OpenTrade, a institutional platform for lending and yield products for web3, has raised $3.2M in Seed funding from investors that include a16z crypto, Draper Dragon, Ryze Labs, CMCC Global, and Plassa Capital. Founded by Jeff Handler and Dave Sutter in 2023, OpenTrade has now raised a total of $4.7M in reported equity funding.
