Dealstack, an operating system for private capital, has raised $5.5M in Seed funding from investors that include Goldman Sachs, Kohlberg Kravis Roberts, TA Associates, TPG, H.I.G. Capital, Oaktree Capital Management, CVC Capital Partners, Partners Group, Klar Partners, Latham & Watkins, Kirkland & Ellis, Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, and McDermott Will & Emery. Dealstack was founded by Joel Arnel and Seb Lapinski in 2023.

MagicOrange – £7M Venture

MagicOrange, a cost transparency platform for enterprises, has raised £7M in Venture funding from investors that include led by Octopus Ventures. Founded by David Harding, Greg Guye, Matthew Mottram in 2014, MagicOrange has now raised a total of $16.5M in reported equity funding.

Sagittal AI, an AI optimization platform for software product development teams, has raised $2.2M in Pre-Seed funding from investors that include led by Twin Path Ventures. Sagittal AI was founded by Jose Palazon and Michael Smith in 2023.
