Genie AI – $17.8M
Genie AI, an AI-powered legal assistant that helps with contract drafting, has raised $17.8M in Series A funding led by Google Ventures. Founded by Nitish Mutha and Rafie Faruq in 2017, Genie AI has now raised a total of £15.5M in reported equity funding.

Semble, a practice management platform for healthcare, has raised £10M in Venture funding led by Octopus Ventures and Mercia Asset Management. Founded by Christoph Lippuner, Mikael Landau in 2017, Semble has now raised a total of $24.9M in reported equity funding.
Phylax Systems – $4.5M
Phylax Systems, a protocol for for crypto transactions that embeds a credible security layer into base layers , has raised $4.5M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the round comes from forty-six investors. Phylax Systems was founded by Odysseas Lamtzidis in 2024.
Awarded Software – $3.03M
Awarded Software, a platform that lets higher education institutions manage scholarships, has raised $3.03M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $3.5M and there were two investors in this close. Awarded Software was founded by Amaan Badruddin and Pranav Kunapuli in 2022.
